Broken Bone Tree near Sunabeda

On the way back to Koraput from Damanjodi recently with Dipak Patnaik , Lecturer in Botany at DAV College , Koraput , he drew my attention towards a tree standing on the roadside . He said that it was called Broken Bone Tree . This tree sheds its branches which fall on the ground resembling bones . The nodes of the branches also were nice to see , resembled like the bone joints . The flower and fruit could also be seen in the photo . Wonders of nature . We need to open our eyes , ears and soul to realise it .

Today while sitting in the chamber of DIPRO at Koraput I found some beautiful flower like bunch of little fruits hanging from the tree in the campus . Dont know and could not know what was the name of the flower . But did not miss the opportunity to capture the essence of beauty in each part of it .
